Objective of IBM CoE at JIET Group of Institutions
The IBM Software Center of Excellence aims at increasing the skill sets of the faculty and students of the college, leading to:
• Improvement in the quality of technical education
• Increase in the employability of students
• Placing the college in a leadership position
• Enables to conduct unlimited training for the students through the faculty members enabled by IBM.
• Give the softwares required for the training program free of cost.
Our IBM Connect
IBM India Pvt. Ltd., A world leading IT organization, announced collaboration with JIET Group of Institutions,Jodhpur to provide a platform for development of software skills for the students.
The collaboration has brought the establishment of a series of IBM Center of Excellence (COE), creating a unique opportunity for students to learn new skill sets on IBM software products – DB2, WebSphere, Lotus, Rational and Tivoli – as well as develop world-class business solutions.
IBM would follow a two-pronged approach, providing the colleges with access to technologies relevant to the market while ensuring the right skills are taught. The students can gain firsthand experience of the software products that are installed at the campus.
